The Empowering Tools : Choice & Control

Yes... We love Empowerment to Progress in life! We choose to.

Yes, I wanted a pair of wings to fly, I wanted wheels both front and rare to the speed up to drive fast and faster to reach the defined destiny. I wanted the frictionless smooth driveway to march fast and march ahead as surely and as certainly. Destiny was closure and nearer. I have come here long way walking, running, dancing, crawling crossing over hurdles every now and then with joy, with love, with sorrow and tears & of course with pride. Somehow reached hear near the point of no returns, near to the destiny. Destiny I knew but who’s I never bothered to ask! Destiny people inspire to, but here not sure if mine and if I ever inspired to? Motion and speed are my power and identity I am known for. No compromise with due respect for sure! I fear loss without! Not sure if destiny was mine... My dear leaders, I admire your leadership, you all have great aspirations and have great own styles and substances. The styles are adorable and have got the power to attract anyone little unaware and little unconscious. You inspired I followed blindly, you advised, I took it with pride as a proud soldier dying for the admiral. You have walked and I sensed the joy in your eyes during my initial days and vowed to take a chance, vowed to walk the path just to make you pride. Destiny is not sure if mine.

I was asked to take a pause and rest for a while!

This is my story. I take a ride in open this with heart.  I was proud to follow until I got deeply connected with my teacher having a deep, genuine & unconditional interest in my reaching my own destiny. The destiny I can say & claim of my own!

The place I was heading and running for was just opposite to my own destiny later,  I realized glancing with the vision of his wisdom, I was told & I believed it true. Just in the opposite direction and I was mindlessly running away what I realized later. Moving blindly till I was designated as another sheep in the herd! My dump mind could not realize that time, as I was clouded with apprehension and doubt over my fat brain.

No matter I was convinced and slowed down. I took pride in stopping now and given a stop to my run, paddled break to my wheels, and rest to my wings. I saw hundreds at the front and thousands at the back still mindlessly walking, running, and flying to a destiny they are not sure if theirs.

With toils and sweat, I could climb the top with the tools and vision given by my teacher. Now enabled with consciousness what I say & claim of my own. I cloud glanced with my conscious self with a still blur vision but assured that the destiny I was heading, was just another place that would have no value and would be a waste of time had I reached. Was it just nothing but a mirage in the desert? Thanks for the vision and thanks for the guidance dear teacher. I saved my time and energy because of your guidance & unconditional love and your desire to empower me! 

The hidden tools inside the box - Choice & Control!

As Victor frankly quotes” Between stimulus and response there is a space.” within the space lies Awareness, Imagination, conscience, and independent choice. To support and further the statement Dr. Stephen Covey the legendary writer of 7 Habits of Highly effective people, added that Wise people use this space judiciously and exercise their choice wisely. What a powerful concept. These 4 ingredients help us develop a strong sense of control in life. Please not to be misunderstood to control others, but to bring life under self-control. It requires responsibility, accountability, ownership, and definitely more courage and power than to control the external world. So what is the correlation between Control & choice?  

Choice & controls walk together.

We are every moment given ample options to pick up and choose. Rice over Bread, Indian food over Italian food, Us English over British English, Dhoti Kurta over  Kurta Paisama, and based on our own likings and disliking we pick up the choice.

Does bias play any role?

 Yes, it does in a big way & it influences our decision. So the decision of picking choice may not necessarily be perfect. Yes of course never be if under influence! It is the intelligent part of the brain, which is also called the discriminatory faculty, plays a role in picking a choice. To exercise choice judiciously, we need a controlled mechanism that supports our emotional stability and under any situation, we never get dithered, never get influenced and we are stable deep inside are not biased and get influenced. This state of emotional stability is the real state where we can exercise our choice judiciously because this state is a real controlled state, where our mind is controlled from external stimuli & mind controls the agitation of our senses, otherwise the ever flickering mind get carried away by the senses in any form and in any direction.

Lets flashback to my story … Here to note what I realize that even while I was walking, running, flying to reach the perceived destiny was not a choice taken under the controlled situation, rather it was an influenced decision to get captivated by the senses. We see the external enjoyment of others and our senses send triggers to our mind to take us there. We never take a pause and ask the mind to consult our discriminatory faculty, our intelligence. We are carried away and start following. Simply start following without a conscious decision, This is the reason many of us do realize after reaching the destiny,  that the road they walked, the road they traveled was just a waste of time and energy and we get stressed and frustrated. Can you afford this mistake? Ask yourself?

The real-life starts when we exercise choice judiciously when we exercise self -control. It’s easier said than done. It needs lots of courage, commitment, the conviction to be in that stage, but worth doing & worth practicing! The real empowerment begins. We get real empowerment with wisdom, knowledge, awareness, conscience. Positive energy flows freely, driving away from the negative. The real human state, the real-life flows deep within, the real connection spring outs from all dimensions, and you are empowered. You are empowered to choose without influence. You take action with love, with trust & with cooperation & especially without the obsession with attachment. You are empowered and you love empowering people!  

When our mind is under control, our senses play in harmony with the mind and we create a cadence of accountability together with senses, mind, intelligence, and our true self. Energy Flow from all directions, we get a new lease of life and we get deep spiritual, emotional, and mental strength to support our physical strength!

Conclusion. 

So as human being we, are unique with our power to choose and control. This is the unique gift from the supreme creator to us with an independent will, freedom to choose, and empower self with our consciousness with self-awareness, imagination, and conscience. We act very human if controlled; we act otherwise when overpowered. I do not have to say what otherwise means. You all can guess! We are empowered to choose from options. It has power, it has energy associated.   

Our real-life journey begins when we are in a self-control state. At this state, we exercise our choice judiciously and we are empowered. Love, trust & cooperation begins to flow unconditionally and we act with love and act with empowerment. We love to see people empowered, as my teacher wanted me to be!

We have great teachers, we have deep teachers who are waiting to empower us! Truly and unconditionally! Seekers will be noticed & get empowered!
